Our Shipping Policy:

When you order your cheeses, we ship your order by United Parcel Service in insulated foam shipping boxes with ice. We ship early in the week to prevent cheeses from being left en route during the weekend. With standard shipping options, you receive your cheese in 3 or less days, either by UPS Ground or 3-Day Select. Orders placed by 5:00PM (MST), Wednesday ship the following week. While we do all we can to ensure quality in our cheeses and in our shipping, we have no control over it. In the event of any shipping damage, please let us know if there is a problem. Please refrigerate cheeses when delivered.
